Purple Ridge Lavender Agape House Marth's House Hermiston
The 2014 Purple Ridge Lavender Festival along with Agape and Martha’s House wish to thank the community, attendees, sponsors, vendors, wineries, brewery,  musicians, volunteers, advertisers, photographers, massage therapists, car and truck owners, and crafters who made this fundraiser possible.   Over $10,000 was generated with proceeds benefitting Agape and Martha’s House.    Jim and Sheri Konningrud’s beautiful lavender farm provided a place of relaxation and enjoyment for lots of visitors.   We would like to thank the following sponsors who contributed to the fundraiser and kindly ask you to support these businesses who helped make the festival possible: Bellinger’s Farms, Cottage Flowers and Event Rentals, Aunty Ida’s Quilt Shop, Pea Ridge Embroidery & Signs, Tom’s Country, Dave White’s Business Machines, CB’s Portable Restrooms, Pendleton Bottling Company, Eagle Ranch, Sno Road Winery, and Hermiston Brewing Company.   Firemore Photography was on site and we had several massage therapists who donated all proceeds to Agape House including Phillip Hickey, Sheri and Ashley Buckingham.  Also Erika Lambert, LMT with Helping Kneads Therapeutic Massage provided chair massage.  Wonderful live music was provided by BBPD, Cruise Control, John and Frazer Wambeke along with Eric Jeppson, and The Shades.   Our volunteers were amazing and there are too many to name individually, but please know that we appreciated your community service.  Some of the groups who helped were Altrusans, Girl Scouts, Interpath Laboratory staff, Agape and Martha’s House volunteers and their Board of Directors, Konningruds, Hutchesons, Kanes, and Mabbott families, college bound high schoolers and First Christian Church ladies.  We would also like to thank our longstanding and new vendors for their unique contributions:  2 Cool Creations Jewelry, Brandi Dayton, Heart & Sol, Betsy Kohan Longaberger Baskets and Pottery, Reclaimed Windows, Timeless Talismans, Polynesian BBQ, Tiki Hut Shaved Ice, Desert Arts Council, Hatrockhounds Gem & Mineral Society, Woolly 1 Spinners, Aunty Ida’s Quilt Shop, Scentsy, ReineCrafts, DAM Wood Designs, and Clothesline Art.  Thanks to the many businesses and individuals who let us hang up flyers and post signs at your location.  On behalf of Purple Ridge Lavender Farm,  Agape and Martha’s House we say thank you and can only do this festival  with everyone’s support!   Please know we appreciated you if you were involved in any way or attended the festival and were blessed with your participation!
